About Us
The African Institute for Christian Leadership and Theology (AICLT) is a faith-based, non-denominational institute dedicated to developing strong Christian leaders with deep biblical knowledge and practical ministry skills. It is a dynamic and Spirit-led ministry training institution established by Grace House Prophetic Chapel under the visionary leadership of Apostle Austin Akuffo Ansah, a seasoned prophetic voice, leadership development expert and strategic management consultant.
Founded with a mandate to raise biblically grounded and spiritually mature Christian leaders across Africa and beyond, AICLT exists to equip men and women with the theological knowledge, ministry skills, and spiritual character necessary to lead effectively in the 21st-century Church and society. Our goal is not only to teach the Word but to cultivate leaders of influence, integrity and impact.
Our faculty is composed of seasoned ministers, theologians and ministry practitioners who bring a rich blend of academic insight and hands-on experience. At AICLT, we combine sound doctrine, prophetic insight and servant leadership principles to produce well-rounded ministers of the gospel. We understand the demands of modern life, especially for those already serving in ministry. That’s why our school is structured to be flexible, allowing students to study while managing their schedules and responsibilities. All classes are held on Saturdays only, making the programs ideal for working professionals, pastors, church volunteers and ministry leaders who seek to grow without disrupting their regular commitments.
MISSON
The vision of AICLT extends beyond the classroom. We envision a continent where Christian leaders are shaping not just pulpits but also politics, business, education and families with Kingdom principles and prophetic clarity.
Our aim is to become a regional centre for leadership empowerment, launching satellite campuses and training centres in various African nations and eventually offering diploma and degree programs in partnership with accredited theological institutions.
We want to become a premier centre of excellence in Christian leadership and theological education, raising Christ-centred, Spirit-empowered transformational leaders rooted in biblical truth, prophetic insight and Christ-like character to serve the Body of Christ and society at large with distinction.
VISION
- To build a community of transformational leaders committed to serving God, the Church, and society with integrity and compassion, rooted in Christ-like character, vision, and servant-heartedness.
- To train and equip pastors, ministers and church workers with sound biblical theology and practical ministry tools.
- To build a new generation of African Christian leaders who can confront cultural, spiritual and social challenges with wisdom, boldness and love.
- To bridge the gap between theological education and practical ministry, balancing biblical doctrine with practical application to empower leaders to become effective in both church and community settings.
Our Educational Philosophy
At AICLT, we believe that true Christian leadership is a product of biblical grounding, spiritual formation and practical experience. Our approach to education is holistic-developing the mind, spirit and character of each student.
We emphasize:
- Sound Doctrine: Teachings rooted in the full counsel of God’s Word.
- Practical Ministry Training: Skills-based instruction for real-world ministry.
- Spiritual Maturity: Formation through prayer, character development and mentorship.
- Contextual Relevance: Addressing the unique needs and challenges of Ministry in the modern church and society.
Our aim is to make theological education accessible, relevant and transformational.
Our Commitment to Excellence
AICLT is committed to maintaining high academic and spiritual standards. Our faculty consists of experienced ministers, theologians and Christian educators with a shared passion for mentoring and equipping the next generation of leaders. We maintain a healthy balance between academic rigor and spiritual formation, ensuring that every student graduates not just with knowledge-but with wisdom, maturity and the fire of God.
We also integrate leadership development practices and strategic thinking into our curriculum, recognizing that today’s ministers must lead not only congregations but also initiatives, movements and communities in complex environments.
