FEES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

Our programs are designed to be accessible and affordable for individuals called to serve in ministry. All applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee as part of the admissions process. Detailed information regarding tuition and other associated costs will be provided upon acceptance into the program.

Application Fee 

A non-refundable application fee of GHS150 is required at the time of submission of application form. Payment details and instructions are included in the form. Please note that your form will not be processed without confirmation of payment of the application fees

Tuition and Program Fees 

Tuition fees are structured to reflect the duration and content of the program. These fees cover instruction, course materials, examinations and access to relevant resources. . However, upon completion, students would be required to pay a separate fee towards graduation. There are flexible terms of payment that allows for staggered payment of the fees. Please contact our admissions office for the most current fee schedule and approved payment terms. 

 

Payment Methods 

Payments can be made via mobile money, bank deposit, direct wire transfer or other approved methods listed on the registration form. All payments must include the applicant’s full name and program name as the payment reference. 

Financial Assistance 

There are limited scholarship and financial assistance opportunities available for qualified applicants with demonstrated need. For more information, please inquire with the admissions office.
